Check out some of the exciting projects that RTM Engineering Consultants has on the horizon:
RTM will join forces with Hartshorne Plunkard Architects for the rehabilitation of the historic 800 North Clark Street building, originally known as “Bush Temple of Music,” built in 1901. Work includes the renovation of the basement and first floor retail as well as the conversion of floors two through six from office use to market-rate apartments.
Mundelein Park and Recreation District New Community Park Chalet – Mundelein, IL
Recently awarded with FGM Architects, RTM will provide MEP/FP design services for a new community park chalet building within the Mundelein Park District. The existing building will be demolished, and new amenities will include a gym, fitness rooms, nutritional classroom for cooking, an outdoor terrace and rain garden and a green roof system.
Whole Foods – Chicago, IL
RTM Engineering Consultants will provide civil engineering services to Novak Construction for the proposed ground-up Whole Foods, located on the corner of Ashland and Belmont. The Lakeview grocery store is set to open in Spring 2017 and will become the chain’s second-largest store in Chicago.
RTM’s Civil division and Merit Partners will work together on the development project known as “The Fields.” The site is the former home to the Marshall Field’s warehouse at Pulaski Road and Diversey Avenue. Now, Fresh Market has announced it will be the newest tenant of the mixed-use building that has been vacant for years.
