CHICAGO, IL – May 8, 2015 – RTM Engineering Consultants (RTM), a trusted engineering consulting partner to some of the nation’s most respected architectural firms and Fortune 500 companies, recently contributed to the establishment of The Global FoodBanking Network’s Leadership Education Fund. The fund is being established in honor of RTM’s General Counsel, Bill Rudnick, who also co-founded and currently serves on the board of The Global FoodBanking Network.
“We are privileged to support the Leadership Education Fund and our colleague, Bill Rudnick,” said Tony Mirchandani, CEO of RTM Engineering Consultants. “This is a great honor for Bill, and we are proud to support his dedication to changing lives through the power of food banking.”
For his commitment, Rudnick will be recognized as Executive Leader of 2015 by the Chicago Chapter of Association of Fundraising Professionals. The Leadership Education Fund is being established to continue his legacy of leadership by supporting a broad range of development programs that will provide social entrepreneurs on the front lines of hunger with the training, education and resources they need to launch food banks and address hunger in their home communities and countries.
The Global FoodBanking Network’s goal is to raise a seed fund of $100,000 by June 30, 2015.
