Recently featured by real estate journal, Bisnow, The Fields is at the forefront of the adaptive re-use movement. The 1.5 million-square-foot building is ideally suited for a range of uses and is located near Logan Square, as well as neighboring areas including Avondale and Hermosa.
Sitting on 22 acres, The Fields is one of Chicago’s most ambitious and anticipated adaptive reuse projects. The project includes:
- 150,000 square feet of retail space
- 300,000 square feet of office space
- 400,000 square feet of indoor parking accommodating 700 cars
- 150,000 square feet for residential loft space ranging from 800 to 3,300 square feet
Rent is anticipated to be 40 percent lower than equivalent space in other parts of Chicago, and special features include office space with natural lighting and high ceilings along with a modern aesthetic and amenities projected to attract tech and startup tenants. The lobby will include three glass-encased elevators, a restaurant and also serve as the entrance to the 70,000-square-foot Cermak Fresh Market.
