RTM provided design services for a 4,785-square-foot renovation and 15,560-square-foot addition for the Police Administration and City Hall building facility. Scope of work included design services for administrative offices, vehicle storage and maintenance, staff living quarters, and common meeting space.
The police station required a new generator to power their dispatch center and other critical equipment in the event of a primary power failure. The municipal building will have the capacity to accept a temporary generator to allow key personnel to work in a crisis situation. Mechanical modifications include introduction of new energy-efficient units, advanced temperature controls and multiple zone systems for greater control of interior environments. In addition, new main electrical distribution panels were added to both facilities.
