How do you become a federal client’s trusted advisor? By taking the time to learn and understand their distinctive processes and standards. RTM provides cost-effective and appropriate designs to suit each project’s unique needs, and we want the client to know that if they have any mechanical, electrical and/or plumbing (MEP) engineering issues that they can trust us do what’s in their best interest.
Federal and government projects often possess a unique set of challenges such as interrupted or prolonged schedules, additional paperwork that must be completed and complex standards and processes. Because of this, it’s very important to have the same engineers working on the project from inception to completion in order to maintain a cohesive and streamlined process. This also allows the engineers to easily handle changes that come up and be prepared to manage deadlines and project reviews accordingly.
RTM had one federal project that lasted more than six years, and made it a point to have the same team on it from start to finish, which instilled trust with the federal client throughout the length of the project.
