RTM’s professional design team has earned a reputation in the industry for creating highly customized systems that optimize performance and reliability. Our scope of mechanical designs has included:
Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
Centralized and decentralized systems, evaporative cooling, fan coil units and heat pumps, thermal storage and heat recovery systems. RTM also provides feasibility studies and economic evaluations of various HVAC designs in addition to the development of energy conservation methods.
Process Systems
Process exhaust systems, pollution abatement, catalytic oxidizer design, trim collection, chilled water for process equipment, compressed air and hazardous materials (HAZMAT) storage/dispensing systems.
Fire Protection
Sprinkler densities based upon NFPA, FM and IRI, in-rack sprinkler designs, fire tank design and details, computer room special systems designs (pre-action system, FM 200), extinguishing systems (water mist, FM 200, carbon dioxide), diesel and electric fire pump design and fire pump room layouts.
