RTM believes that designing optimum systems is only part of the required
services a Consulting Engineering firm needs to provide their Clients. Interaction
with General Contractors and Sub-Contractors is required in order to assure
clients that their construction schedule and expected level of quality are
met. RTM achieves this by:
1. Attending construction progress meetings
2. Resolving construction coordination issues
3. Evaluating value engineering issues
4. Meeting with Contractors and Vendors on a regular basis
5. Reviewing field progress and workmanship quality
6. Preparing final punch lists at the substantial completion of MEP work
7. Preparing as built drawings for Owners
8. Providing job site training related to MEP systems for Owner Representatives
