JCPENNEY Fairview, TX When one of the nation's largest retailers decided to build its first green store, RTM welcomed the opportunity to be a part of the integrated team. This new construction, freestanding retail store was designed to meet the requirements for a LEED® NC Silver rating. RTM aided in this endeavor by implementing innovative MEP design solutions including high efficiency plumbing fixtures and optimizing mechanical system efficiency during the design process.
