JCPENNEY Multiple Locations Nationwide RTM & Associates has been designing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection/security systems for the JCPenney Company since 2003. In 2006, RTM became their prototype engineer. To present, RTM has designed well over 100 projects for them, including their first green store. This new freestanding retail store was designed to meet the requirements for a LEED® NC Silver rating. RTM has also been essential in incorporating the Sephora remodels within JCPenney stores. Special attention is given to the electrical systems involved in order to ensure the cosmetics case lighting and security cases are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
