AUNT MARTHA'S HEALTH CENTERS Chicago Heights and Joliet, IL RTM provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services in the design of two new community healthcare centers, one in Chicago Heights, IL and the other in Joliet, IL. The centers involved construction of a two-story, 24,000 square foot Health Clinic and Wellness Center for each site. The design encompassed a wide variety of spaces including examination and triage rooms, fitness workout areas, technical centers, nutrition offices, a dental suite, and support staff areas. RTM's site design was in support of LEED Gold Certification, with sustainable features including LEED site lighting, wind turbines, geothermal heat pumps and solar water heating.
