RTM & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1981 as an engineering firm providing HVAC designs for small data centers. Today, we are a full- service Engineering/ Consulting organization responsible for the design of all HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Sprinkler and Life Safety Systems for industrial, commercial, retail, institutional, health care, laboratory and residential facilities. RTM has become known for its sophisticated designs and has built a reputation for overall quality and client satisfaction. Over the years, RTM has developed relationships with end-users and other professionals who share the same work ethics and beliefs.
